Enfocus Releases Switch 11 Update 4

Enfocus today announces the release of Switch 11 update 4. This new version of Switch 11 adds support for PitStop Server 11 update 2,
WoodWing Enterprise 8, HP SmartStream Production Pro Print Server and StuffIt Deluxe 15. It also includes a new configurator to control
Ultimate Technographics' Impostrip® OnDemand Automation solution. The Web Services Module for the new version has been reorganized and
improved to allow easier deployment into customer websites. Switch 11 update 4 also adds expanded functionality to core Switch technologies.

Support for new features in PitStop Server 11 update 2
Switch 11 update 4 adds full compatibility with the latest release of PitStop Server 11. PitStop Server 11 update 2 includes a new low resolution
A4 annotated PDF report for large format documents and Polish language support.

New configurator for Impostrip® OnDemand Automation
Impostrip® OnDemand Automation from Ultimate Technographics provides users with production efficiency to deliver short runs on time, all the
time with full control over page position, variable gutters, bleeds, dynamic barcode and control sheets for best quality.

"With Switch connectivity, we move closer to universal open prepress automation," says Joanne David, President and CEO of Ultimate
Technographics. "Users can now connect the entire prepress production to web-to-print and improve management of short runs from a single
platform."

Updated configurator for WoodWing Enterprise 8 adds new features
WoodWing´s solutions are used by the full spectrum of publishers for the publication of media-rich content. These include print, online and mobile
devices such as smart phones and tablets.

With the enhanced integration of Enfocus Switch and WoodWing Enterprise, publishers are able to automate their media production processes.
Reception, sorting, processing and routing of assets can be fully automated by Switch.

The new configurator for WoodWing Enterprise adds a dynamic selection option for the Current Issue and Next status, support for Dossier and
Child object, including compatibility with version 8.

Updated configurator for HP SmartStream Production Pro Print Server
HP SmartStream Print Servers are reliable, high-performance solutions that grow with business volume, production and application complexity to
maximize productivity from HP Indigo digital presses.

HP has enhanced its HP Digital Front End JDF Control configurator (now version 1.5) to allow users to drive all JDF settings through variables or
script expressions for better automation of workflows. Now settings in the configurator can be driven from data in an external XML file, database
entries, metadata or any number of sources.

The updated JDF configurator includes additional JDF capabilities such as multiple substrate selections, banner and divider sheet selection; retain
time, jogging and the ability to drive PPML assets using external assets in a ZIP package.

Support for StuffIt Deluxe 15
Switch 11 update 4 includes a new configurator that adds compatibility with StuffIt Deluxe 15.

Web Services Module sample integration enhanced and simplified

The Web Services Module for Switch enables any web browser to become the front-end to a complete print production workflow, a document or
digital asset management system or any other process automated by Switch.

The sample, now delivered with the Web Services Module, has been reorganized and improved to make it easier for integrators, third party
vendors and users to incorporate the sample integration into their own websites or web offerings.

To better understand the possibilities of a browser-based SwitchClient implementation using the Web Services Module, a sample integration is
available at: switch.enfocus.com.

Switch core technologies benefit from added functionality
Switch 11 update 4 includes a new "Calculation" variable feature that enables conversion of Switch text variables to decimal values with a user-
defined level of precision. Calculated variables allow to create expressions that can be used anywhere within a Switch workflow.

"Previously, converting between different measurement systems and performing calculations required custom script elements. The new
Calculation variable feature allows all users to quickly and easily build and compare values created from any available Switch variable," adds Elli
Coots, Director of Enfocus Product Management.

The Archive hierarchy flow element is a tool used for archiving jobs in any desired folder structure. Switch 11 update 4 adds outgoing connections
to ensure jobs are stored in the archive before notifications are sent or jobs are delivered to external destinations.

The Execute command flow element allows Switch to control command line programs, passing files to these third party applications for processing
and receiving the results back into the workflow. In Switch 11 update 4, the Execute command tool can optionally be set to "Concurrent" to
process jobs simultaneously when using an application that supports multiple instances.

Availability
Switch 11 update 4 is available today from Enfocus' network of Switch authorized resellers, integrators and from our technology partners. This
update is available for customers with current Switch maintenance agreements.

Enfocus Releases New Updates to PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11

Update 2 of industry-leading preflighting software brings new functionality to printers, publishers and designers

Enfocus is pleased to announce the release of PitStop Pro 11 Update 2 and PitStop Server 11 Update 2. The new versions offer full compatibility
with the latest releases of Microsoft Windows and Adobe® Acrobat®. In addition, printers and publishers will benefit from improvements to Action
List technology usability, to increase automation even more. Both releases also include new value-add features such as Split Pages, as well as
improvements to existing functions. The further development of Smart Preflight enables more dynamically-driven workflow functionality, improving
productivity and preflight accuracy.

"For our more than 130,000 PitStop users worldwide, this latest update will be welcome news," says Andrew Bailes-Collins, Senior Product
Manager at Enfocus. "With this release, we demonstrate our commitment to keeping pace with the newest releases of world-standard software
and operating systems. At the same time, we continuously add sought-after features and functionality based on customer input. This is part of our
philosophy to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and underlines our industry-leading position."

Improved functionality equals greater productivity and fewer errors

These Update 2 releases bring a number of new advantages and efficiencies for users of both PitStop Pro and PitStop Server. "Our objective
with these releases is to enhance even more the ability for printers, publishers and designers to quickly and easily fix last-minute file problems, and
decrease the amount of manual work required for these professionals to accomplish their day-to-day work," says Bailes-Collins. "Early user
feedback has been extremely positive. We are confident our users of PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11 will enjoy the benefits enabled by this
free upgrade."

System support: printers and publishers can now seamlessly deploy the Enfocus solutions as they upgrade their Microsoft environments, with the
full support for Windows 8 (for PitStop Pro and PitStop Server) and Microsoft Server 12 (for PitStop Server). PitStop Pro now offers full support for
Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and Pro, which will also be highly appreciated by designers.

Split Pages: a new global change in PitStop Pro - also available as an action - allows users to split pages in half, either vertically or horizontally.
This is especially useful for designers, printers and publishers who receive PDF files as double page spreads and require a single page for their
workflow. This new feature can even be used for de-imposing of completely imposed PDF files.

New predefined Action Lists: three new pre-defined Action Lists - available in PitStop Pro and PitStop Server - make the 'Split Pages in Half'
action more efficient, reducing valuable prepress time for printers and publishers. Action Lists encompass the three mostly commonly used page
sizes: A4, A5 and US Letter.

Enhanced Preflight Profile Editor: allows users to turn Action Lists off and on from within the Editor, with an easy check-box interface that specifies
whether or not an Action List should run. In PitStop Pro, users can now also edit an Action List directly in the Preflight Profile Editor, without the
need to export, edit and re-import.

A new, scaled Preflight Report in both PitStop Pro and PitStop Server makes a low resolution version of the report on an A4 page size that can
easily be emailed. This will be of particular interest for users with PDF files with very large dimensions, such as those used in large format printing,
as the previous annotated reports were too large in size to allow this before.

Smart Preflight for accurate and efficient PDF preflight & correction
Enfocus is continuously extending the power of its Smart Preflight concept, with new functionality that drives productivity even further. When
Smart Preflight is used within PitStop Pro, users can now select values to be used within the Preflight Profile or Action List from a user-defined
dropdown menu. This is not only a faster way to access these actions, but it allows printers and publishers to eliminate human error and reduce
the level of expertise required to engage Smart Preflight.

Variable Sets can now be locked and encrypted, just as Preflight Profiles and Action Lists can be protected in both PitStop Pro and PitStop
Server. This protects the Variable Set from being edited or copied. In addition, Action Lists in the Preflight Profile Editor can be controlled by a
Boolean variable, making PDF preflighting more dynamic.

Availability
The respective Update 2 releases are immediately available at no charge to existing users of PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11, as well as
users of the more recent Update 1 versions.

New Updates for 'Smart' PitStop 11 & Switch 11 Solutions Available

Enfocus announces the immediate availability of update 1 releases for PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11, and an update 2 release for Enfocus
Switch 11. The updates add new industry-standard Preflight Profiles to PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11, and include expanded functionality
and features for all three products.

PitStop 11 update 1, for PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11

The PitStop 11 release marked the introduction of 'Smart Preflight and Correction', delivering complete PDF quality control and the ability to
dynamically find and fix problems in seconds on a per-file basis. PitStop 11 provides users with a flexible solution to preflight and correct PDF files
according to their own specific production requirements.

"Version 11 is the most powerful PitStop Pro yet with the Variable Sets feature, which enables the same preflight profiles to be used for a variety of
documents and jobs, altering the requirements and tolerances of profiles during preflight and correction without the need to maintain many, almost
identical profiles. My PDF-processing depends on PitStop Pro, and now is even faster and more efficient with PitStop Pro 11." - Pariah Burke - A
Digital Publishing, EPUB, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, PDF author, consultant, trainer & guru Empowering and Informing Creative
Professionals™.

Smart Preflight options have been enhanced, adding the ability to utilize user-defined measurement units when working with job tickets in PitStop
Server or within Enfocus Switch. The configurator for PitStop Server 11 in Switch has been updated to take advantage of the new functionality,
further expanding the fully automated preflight and correction capabilities within Switch. Additional features include text editing enhancements,
faster Smart Find and Replace, a new Action for customizing image recompression and improvements to image resolution checks.

PitStop 11 update 1 now also includes full support and compatibility for the newly released operating system from Apple, Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain
Lion.

The Ghent Workgroup, an international organization made up of graphic arts users, associations & developers, builds best practices for publishing
workflow. Their recommendations enable an increasing numbers of professionals around the world to successfully create, process, and exchange
graphic arts files for numerous applications.

The Preflight Profiles introduced in PitStop 11 update 1, support the new GWG2012 specification based on the PDF/X-4 standard. The
specification has been created to accommodate modern workflow practices such as live transparency but also integrate valuable feedback from
users and industry associations.

"As Co-Chair of the specification committee, Enfocus has been playing a leading role in the creation process of the new specification," states Elli
Cloots, Director of Product Management at Enfocus and Vice Chair of the Ghent Workgroup. "We are confident that this will offer a future-proof
solution to the market and we are also very proud that our products are already compatible with the newly released GWG2012 specification."

Enfocus Switch 11 update 2
Enfocus Switch 11 update 2 includes compatibility with Adobe Creative Suite 6. This includes the Configurators for Acrobat X (Win), InDesign,
Illustrator and Photoshop. Expanded connection properties are now available for InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Actions can now be
dynamically selected within a Photoshop flow element using any Switch variable or a script expression.

New in Switch 11 update 2 is the ability to define and set a user-defined unit for length measurements used by PitStop Server 11 update 2. This
means that users are able to assign a system of measurement (e.g. millimeters, inches, etc.) to be used by a specific PitStop Server element when
dynamically utilizing metadata or other Switch variables for Smart Preflight and Correction operations. This feature will allow users to better use
existing information available in job tickets and MIS systems without the necessity for complex unit value transformations.

Enfocus Switch 11 Update 1: Smart Automation Meets Smart Preflight & Correction

Enfocus announces the release of Switch 11 update 1. This exciting new version of Switch 11 includes full support for the new Smart Preflight &
Correction functionality introduced in PitStop Server 11. Smart Preflight & Correction offers Switch and PitStop Server users a more dynamic and
accurate way of applying preflight and auto-correction settings, driven by the power of Switch variables. Additional new and updated
configurators in this release include a direct link to Esko's Automation Engine, new Microsoft Word configurator supporting the latest versions and
updated HP configurators.

Smart Preflight & Correction that takes full advantage of the power of Switch 11

Switch 11 update 1 includes a new version of the PitStop Server configurator, compatible with the newly announced PitStop Server 11. It
enables Smart Preflight & Correction in PitStop Server 11 using any of the variables available in Switch, including SQL databases, XML and JDF
job tickets, embedded XMP values, private data variables created with the scripting API, and all of Switch's built-in variables.

"PitStop 11 has introduced a new era in PDF preflight, and the combination of PitStop Server 11 and Switch 11 update 1 are making the
possibilities endless. Each and every job can be checked to specific job requirements that can be sourced from the file itself, metadata values, job
tickets or external data sources," says Dieter Wullaert, Enfocus Switch Product Manager. "For example, you can check if an incoming file
matches the specifications for that job in your order system, or alternatively whether it corresponds to the information entered on your website by
the customer when uploading the job. Using the new rule-based variables, it's possible to translate those values into real preflight checks. This
new functionality is huge and unique in workflow automation."

New configurator streamlines communication between Switch 11 and Esko Automation Engine

Switch has been designed from the beginning to be a complementary and vendor-neutral automation solution, allowing users to do more with their
existing technology investments and workflow solutions. With this new configurator, files can be picked up by Switch, processed as required by
any of Switch's many tools and other Crossroads partners configurators, and delivered into an Automation Engine Job without operator
intervention.

To achieve this goal, the configurator offers different ways to find a matching Automation Engine job. Combined with the ability to chain those
different ways, it provides maximum flexibility in automating the process of assigning incoming artwork to a print job. The new configurator also
supports the unattended initiation of Automation Engine workflows upon the delivery of a production file with an accompanying XML job ticket by
Switch. The job ticket is picked up by the Automated Job Creation Module of Automation Engine, which ensures flawless execution of the job.

"Because of Switch's unique file handling capabilities and thanks to the many other configurators already supported in Switch, it is now possible
to complete additional processing before a file is delivered to Automation Engine," states Dries Vandenbussche, Automation Engine Product
Manager. "For example, a print buyer places 'chocolate gift box.zip' containing an Illustrator file on an FTP server monitored by Switch and the
result in Automation Engine is a preflighted and color-corrected PDF file. We are also very excited about formally joining the Switch community
soon as a Crossroads Application Partner."

Enfocus Crossroads is a community related to Enfocus Switch automation. Comprising Crossroads Application Partners, Crossroads Integration
Partners and Switch users, the community provides automation best practices to other Switch users and prospects. A dedicated Crossroads web
portal provides an extensive source of information about the Crossroads Partners and their integrated solutions.

Updated Microsoft Word configurators and HP configurators
Switch 11 update 1 includes new configurators for the world's most popular text editor. Users can automate file processing in Microsoft Word
2010 (Windows) or 2011 (Macintosh) and convert all supported Word documents to PDF, rtf, txt, html, doc and docx at blazing speeds.

Next to already available HP SmartStream solution configurators, the HP Digital Front End JD Control Configurator was enhanced. It now enables
building even more intelligent workflows by using Switch metadata.

Availability
Switch 11 update 1 is available for customers with current Switch maintenance agreements. A free trial is available.

GamSys Partners with Enfocus

GamSys partners with Enfocus to incorporate PitStop Smart Preflight and Correction functionality in its web-to-print solutions

Technology partnership provides GamSys PartnerWeb users PDF delivery according to job order specification

Enfocus today announces a technology partnership with GamSys, a developer of MIS solutions for the printing, packaging and publishing
industries. Under the agreement, GamSys will integrate Enfocus' latest PitStop 11 'Smart Preflight and Correction' functionality into its PartnerWeb
Configuration and PartnerWeb Publication web-to-print solutions, being the first provider of print MIS solutions to do so.

"We partnered with Enfocus in response to our customers' demand for a more streamlined delivery of PDF files for web-to-print orders," says
Patrick Vreven, CEO of GamSys. "Not only does this provide us with a competitive edge as a provider of modular MIS systems for web, sheetfed
or digital printing; it also brings added value to our customers by automating the checking, reporting and correcting of web-to-print orders
immediately upon delivery to the printer - allowing them to increase print buyer satisfaction."

Extending the value of MIS
Vreven points out that print buyers may not fully realize the state of PDF files being delivered to their printers, adding: "They may not know what
went wrong when creating the PDF file or what characteristics might be causing a price difference.

"By applying Enfocus Smart Preflight and Correction at the point of order entry, print buyers can ensure automatically and immediately that
uploaded PDF files match the job order information. This makes a workflow faster and more efficient for the printer, and avoids frustrations for the
print buyer if, late in the process, it becomes known that the PDF file doesn't match the order information."

Enfocus Smart Preflight checks the delivered PDF files against the job order information, which is also provided by the print buyer via the web
portal. In return, the print buyer receives an easy to understand report indicating any differences between the PDF and the order information, and
what the impact will be on the price. At this point the print buyer is given the option to automatically adjust the PDF or accept the job order based
on the new price.

"GamSys is the first MIS vendor to incorporate our latest Enfocus PitStop 11 Smart Preflight and Correction in their web-to-print solutions," says
Angelo Manno, Global Account Manager Crossroads and OEM at Enfocus. "GamSys' customers make the right decision by accepting files
through web upload to perform Smart Preflighting at this stage, since it's fully controlled by using the order information, which is delivered through a
job ticket. This ensures that errors are caught and corrected before the PDF files reach the prepress, streamlining overall production and easing
the workload in busy prepress departments."

Preflight specific to each job
Smart Preflight and Correction enables job specific preflighting by taking the users' specific production requirements into account. Where
previously a preflight profile could only contain fixed checks and corrections, the Smart Preflight and Correction, introduced with PitStop 11,
launches a new era in the automated preflighting and correcting of PDF files. Fixed preflight settings are a thing of the past with preflight profiles
made dynamic to match specific job requirements, driven by job-specific information contained in JDF or XML job tickets.

"Enfocus continues to improve production environments in a profound, yet logical way," says Manno. "We round the next curve before our
customers do; so that we're ready for them when they reach their next goal or destination. It is this innovative thinking and rapid development of
new capabilities that attracted GamSys to our Smart Preflight and Correction technology. In addition, our use of standards and open architecture
were also important decision criteria for GamSys in reaching this landmark agreement."

"The latest PitStop 11 version can be fully controlled through JDF which is a key criterion for us," concludes Vreven. "We only work with
standards, and JDF is that standard. We are very pleased about our cooperation with Enfocus. They are experts in what they do and perfectly
understand what we need."

Enfocus Kicks off drupa with Introduction of 'Smart Preflight & Correction' for PitStop

Commercial release of PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11 makes PDF preflighting and checking easier and more specific than ever

On the opening day of drupa 2012, Enfocus announces the commercial release of PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11. The PitStop 11 release
marks the introduction of 'Smart Preflight & Correction', delivering complete PDF quality control and the ability to fix problems in seconds. It
provides users with a flexible solution to preflight and correct PDF files according to their specific production requirements. Visitors keen to
discover 'Smart Preflight & Correction' can see demos on stand A23 in hall 8b.

By introducing 'Smart Preflight & Correction' in PitStop 11, we introduce a new era of preflighting and correcting files," explains Leen Vanmaele,
Enfocus Product Manager. "Until today, a preflight profile could only contain fixed checks and corrections such as image resolution higher than
300 dpi, page size A4, etc... Users could not take full advantage of PitStop's capabilities because creating specific Preflight Profiles for each job
was time-consuming or the situation resulted in having very general Preflight Profiles."

Preflight made specific to each job
"With PitStop 11 and the introduction of Smart Preflight & Correction, these fixed preflight settings are a thing of the past. Preflight Profiles are
made dynamic because they match the specific job requirements. This ability delivers unprecedented accuracy with minimal effort," explains
Vanmaele. "Smart Corrections are also enabled through Action Lists, which results in higher quality PDF files and enables our users to fully benefit
from the technology they already know, in a smart way."

A new level of automation with PitStop Server 11
While PitStop Pro 11 allows users to enter values specific for each job manually, users enjoy a completely hands-off, new level of automation with
PitStop Server 11. This allows users to automate the preflighting and correction of PDF files, driven by job-specific information contained in JDF or
XML job tickets.

The new version introduces the concept of 'Variable Sets', a group of variables to be used when preflighting or correcting PDF file. A variable
within PitStop Server 11 points to specific information in an XML or JDF job ticket. When the job ticket arrives along with the PDF file, the right
values are automatically provided for the preflight check. All customer-specific requirements are checked and corrected without the need for
manual intervention. Variables are also supported by Actions Lists allowing job specific corrections. Through the ability to use tickets coming from
MIS, web portal or order entry systems, PitStop Server 11 offers significant opportunities to automate high-volume production processes. It allows
users to gain competitive edge and win more business. PitStop Server also seamlessly fits into Enfocus Switch to provide preflighting and auto-
correction in a fully automated way.

Streamlined interface and smarter text editing

PitStop Pro 11 has an array of enhancements, including:

Smart Text Editing - the new Find and Replace Tool lets users quickly locate specific text segments and immediately replace them, which will
save them precious time. For example, they can easily correct misspellings globally or apply new branding styles.

Merge characters and words into text lines - a new tool that makes text manipulation easy, allowing users to automatically re-merge split text
segments into a single line. This new feature eliminates the struggle to work with separate text segments and provides a more comfortable way to
correct mistakes, edit and reposition text.

The improved Preflight Profile Editor gives users a clearer overview of the checks and corrections in their Preflight Profile, while the streamlined
Navigator affords a clearer view of their PDF throughout the review process.

PitStop Server 11 also comes with new features, notably:

Find Text Action - this new action allows users to easily adjust specific text to a new branding style, or ensure specific text fragments are
mentioned, such as legal phrases. By merging characters and words into single text lines, users avoid problems with overlapping text when
reformatting or correcting text fragments afterwards.

A new and streamlined interface in the Preflight Profile Editor of PitStop Server 11 has been developed to make editing easier and have a better
overview.

Availability
PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11 are available from May 3, 2012. With the release of PitStop Server 11 the product also becomes available
in Dutch. The fully functional versions can be downloaded from the Enfocus website.

Enfocus PitStop Keeps Production Professionals at the Head of the Class with New 'Smart Preflight & Correction'

The World's Leading PDF Quality Control Solution Celebrates 15th Birthday with Milestone Version 11

This text box content is available at the end of the press release, for easy copying.

PitStop users worldwide will benefit from significantly more accurate and flexible PDF preflight and correction when Enfocus releases PitStop Pro
and PitStop Server 11, at drupa 2012. PitStop 11's "Smart Preflight & Correction" is a key Enfocus advancement that allows real-time interactions
of user or job-fed Preflight Profile settings.

The automated use of metadata (e.g. JDF and XML) for job processing, via PitStop Server, introduces a new level of automation.

Enfocus PitStop Pro and Server users repeatedly say that their PitStop preflight solution is the most crucial contributor to the success of their PDF
workflows. "PitStop 11 allows customers to continue to use their familiar PitStop technology while moving into this new era of preflight," says
Enfocus Product Manager for PitStop Pro and PitStop Server, Leen Vanmaele.

Preflight made Specific to Each Job
Vanmaele says the company has been working to make the preflight process more accurate, and specifically reflective of individual job
requirements. In sum, she explains that organizations have not been able to take full advantage of PitStop's preflight and correction capabilities,
because creation of individualized preflight checks and fixes for each job required highly time-consuming creation of a different Preflight Profile for
every possible combination of values and conditions.[1]

New PitStop Pro and PitStop Server 11 unleash the full power of the checking and correction options available in the PitStop engine with user-
fed or automatic, job-fed values. These are used by the Preflight Profiles to direct which checks and fixes should be over-ridden and open to
change at job run-time. Fast and correct linking of the PDF with customers' specific requirements makes service faster and more accurate. Overall
quality is improved and processes are standardized.

PitStop Pro 11 will give its customers the ability to use smart values to check and correct a PDF; while PitStop Server 11 users can enjoy a
completely hands-off, new level of automation. In the latter case, PitStop Server preflight settings and values can be driven by job-specific
information such as JDF or XML job tickets, often generated by a MIS or an Ad Booking system.

Additional Features: Streamlined Interface and Smarter Text Editing
Additional improvements and changes to PitStop 11 include a cleaner, more streamlined interface making preflight and result navigation more user
friendly.

PitStop 11 also brings smarter text editing. For instance a handy "Find and Replace" text tool allows PitStop Pro users to quickly find text and, if
desired, can immediately replace it while maintaining the PDF's existing format. Text is also automatically re-merged on a single line, if needed.
This will significantly improve ease of use and editing capabilities.

PitStop Server Customers Will More Easily Move into Smart Automation
Research data shows that PitStop Server 11 users will be well positioned to move into more advanced, digital workflows where metatagged, JDF,
and XML-embedded files interact intelligently with production processes along the way.

As PitStop Server customers become more familiar with utilizing metadata, they will aim to achieve end-to-end automation within a workflow.
Switch 11, Enfocus' new modular automation solution, is the answer to these users.

"Enfocus continues to improve production environments in a profound, yet logical, way," says Fabian Prudhomme, Enfocus VP. "We round the
next curve before our customers do, so that we're ready for them when they reach their next goal or destination."

Availability
Beginning immediately, users purchasing or upgrading to PitStop Pro / Server 10 now will be entitled to a free upgrade to PitStop Pro / Server 11,
until the actual release date.

Pre-drupa promotions are also available through Enfocus resellers.

PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11 will be available by beginning of May, drupa.

Enfocus Unveils Smart Automation in Next Generation of Switch

InterTech Award Winner is Unbeatable in Optimizing Existing Resources and Eliminating Needs for New Purchases... Even as Companies Enter
New Markets

"Switch will be instrumental to the people and companies who are changing the course of publishing history"

A ground-up restructuring of Enfocus' uniquely flexible and powerful Switch automation technology has resulted in what Enfocus Vice President
Fabian Prudhomme calls "a metamorphosis" of the Switch product line, which has been ahead of its time since it was first introduced. Enfocus will
show Switch in its newest iteration at the drupa 2012 exhibit Hall 8b, Stand A23.

Over a year of behind-the-scenes process improvements and focused market research have combined to transform the Enfocus Switch line into
the future-proof, next-generation Switch 11 version.

Now, instead of choosing between three versions of Enfocus Switch (Light, Full, and Power), customers can completely customize Switch
according to their unique needs. The difference begins with a new, multi-purpose Switch Core Engine that not only serves as the necessary
foundation for all Switch operations, but is now itself an automation solution for the most common, time-consuming tasks faced daily by all
publishing production companies.

Eight additional modules cover the market's most in-demand functions for intelligent connectivity with existing or new prepress, database and
other applications. These are the Configurator, Metadata, Database, Scripting, SwitchClient, Web Services, Performance and SwitchProxy
modules. More modules may be developed by Enfocus on an as-needed basis; and customers have the option of using the Scripting module for
development of specific integration needs.

Smart Automation for the Next Communications Age
Finding new revenue streams and differentiating from the competition are both gaining in importance, because the ways people consume
communications are changing rapidly. The Switch 11 Generation, and beyond, reflects the broadest marketplace's need for intelligent automation
that can be put to work - and help them grow -- relatively quickly.

The new system structure will perfectly serve every operation and application in the marketplace, and in fact renders them future-proof by
evolving with customers' changing needs.

What is Switch Automation and How Customers Drove the Change
Enfocus Switch's open architecture and neutral file format handling means it can seamlessly integrate with existing systems, software, and
people[1]; effectively unleashing their power by creating connections and optimizing capabilities that in many cases have not even been utilized
before. Built-in intelligence allows Switch to "see" deep inside of files, software and workflows to maximize resources and to make existing
workflows 'smart'.

"Switch is a masterpiece of automation engineering," Prudhomme explains, "But because it's always been ahead of its time, restructuring the
range of Switch offerings has resulted in easier implementation by broader markets."

Prudhomme explains that Enfocus teams therefore worked on making Switch easier to customize. "The system is fully scalable and can evolve
with client needs, so that professionals utilize the building blocks they need, at least initially, and then use additional modules as their requirements
change and grow"

Best Practices Advance and Are Incorporated in Next Generation of Switch
An inspiration for the next generation of Switch was the way its best practices evolved, and the company recognized that one-at-a-time
automation "wins" allow operators to learn Switch in a natural way that builds on itself, and produces the best results over time. The most
common, highest ROI "wins" are now integrated within the Switch Core Engine solution.

"There are great numbers of people out there who understand how to really manipulate Switch," Prudhomme says, referring to several hundreds
of existing customers ranging from small, local operations through to mid-size and large organizations such as The Economist, Hallmark, and
Playboy."

Now, shop owners and managers who didn't think they had the people, time or "know how" to take advantage of Switch; are interested in its
"easier" entry point, through the Switch Core Engine. "They see how genuinely fast and significant the ROI is, and the modular approach makes
it even simpler to get started," Prudhomme says.

Switch Benefits
Maximizing Existing Systems and People

Successful Switch utilization results in tremendous time savings and efficiency. Margins will grow as systems produce automatically, allowing
people to invest their time in perfecting quality and service that will insure loyalty from current customers, while allowing time to explore new
business and customers.

Switch is Critical in Vulnerable Times of Change
Highest growth areas include digital printing, as well as cross-, or multi-channel media. These applications allow printers and other service
providers to offer new wide format and variable options, and new media output, among other things. A variety of reasons leave these businesses
confused and vulnerable about tying their old and new digital workflows together. This is one of the most perfect applications of Switch: its open
architecture allows it to be the glue that binds any publishing production systems and applications together, without the need to purchase
additional software.

Says Prudhomme, "Switch will be instrumental to the people and companies who are changing the course of publishing history."

Availability:
Switch 11 is available as of today. Pricing of Switch 11 starts at 1.500 Eur.

Enfocus Adds High-End Feature to Instant PDF 10

Enfocus today announces that it plans to release Enfocus Instant PDF 10, a major upgrade to the company's popular application for creating high
quality, press- ready PDFs, in Q1 2012. The most frequently requested feature, annotated error reporting (or, easy problem identification), is the
highlight of this major upgrade. Instant PDF 10 will also offer new support for OSX 10.7 Lion and Adobe CS 5.5 Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
X/Distiller. Instant PDF 10 additionally utilizes Enfocus PitStop Library 10, the latest version of the underlying technology supporting the entire
PitStop line.

The new release will be available in Q1 2012. Beginning immediately, users purchasing or upgrading to Instant PDF 09 now will be entitled to a
free upgrade to Instant PDF 10, until the actual release date. For those using a version below Instant PDF 08, upgrades are only available until
the release of Instant PDF 10. (After the release, no upgrade path will be available from Instant PDF 4 to Instant PDF 10.)

Instant PDF 10; click to download high-end version
Enfocus Instant PDF 10 makes production of press-ready PDFs easy for creative professionals. Using award-winning Enfocus Certified PDF
technology, Instant PDF has become known around the world as the simplest and most reliable way to create PDFs that comply with print and
advertisement specifications.

Customers Ask for Reporting with Links to Errors: Requested and Delivered
Enfocus Senior Product Manager, Andrew Bailes- Collins, credits an in-depth Instant PDF customer survey for giving the company critical
information regarding market needs. "Instant PDF users have made it clear that they trust and rely on Enfocus' error reporting, but don't want to
waste time searching for identified errors," he says of the request for improved reporting. "They want to see the problem areas through an
annotated report, so that the problems can be quickly resolved, allowing them to move on to the next job and save valuable time."

PitStop Library 10 and Support for Major Standards and Popular Applications
Building Instant PDF 10 on the latest PitStop Library means that operators enjoy the same level of error identification and correction as highest-
end Enfocus application sites. Other Instant PDF developments have turned it into one of the most robust tools in a designer's arsenal. These
advancements include support for the latest Apple OS; the latest Adobe applications as well as Acrobat/Distiller; and previous updates including
support for the latest PDF/X standards, preflight checks, color engines, and integration with Enfocus' Switch automation solution. Together these
combine to substantially elevate the capabilities of organizations using Instant PDF.

In fact, the price of a single Instant PDF license often costs less that a single "make good" on a print job -- where the "make good" could have
been avoided by using Instant PDF in the first place.

Survey Returns High Levels of Satisfaction Among Instant PDF Users
Analysis of the afore-mentioned customer survey, administered earlier this year, highlighted the fact that "more than 90% of those participating
believe Instant PDF is easy to use and easy to understand", and that "86% believe Instant PDF to be a very good value for money".

"You get Enfocus' full preflight and error correction for a fraction of the cost," says Bailes- Collins. "Users now can remedy problems faster, with
reports linking precisely to identified areas. Survey respondents already like Instant PDF -- the release of Instant PDF 10 could increase their
satisfaction, if that's possible!"

Enfocus Licenses PitStop Technology to ONYX Graphics

SmartApps PitStop Pro Plug-in for Acrobat is a wide-format preflight, auto-correction and editing solution

Enfocus has licensed its PitStop technology to ONYX Graphics, Inc. ONYX Graphics is this week introducing the SmartApps™ PitStop Pro plug-in
for Adobe® Acrobat®, giving wide-format shops the ability to optimize productivity by eliminating the time-consuming steps required to correct
client-supplied PDF files that have color, font or other problems that cause incorrect output.

"The new SmartApps PitStop Pro plug-in gives operators the ability to move to a dependable PDF workflow, regardless of the file source," says
Danielle Mattiussi, Director of Product Marketing for ONYX Graphics."SmartApps PitStop Pro plug-in is a wide format PDF preflighting solution that
catches many specific trouble areas and problems, and provides quick solutions, so print shops will no longer have to waste valuable prepress
and production time managing this lack of predictability around issues such as transparencies, color or other print related issues."

Mattiussi says that design applications can create uncertainty in print production due to special effects such as drop shadows, spot colors and
fonts. Client files that must be made print-ready by the print shop add time and cost to any given print job - time that can't always be billed back to
the client.

"This exciting collaboration between Enfocus and ONYX Graphics brings Enfocus' market-leading technology to the wide and large-format
graphics market segment, which is beginning to embrace PDF workflows," says Alex Hamilton, Director of Business Development, Enfocus.
"There are few, if any, manufacturers better positioned to bring PitStop's renowned advantages -- in use by over 100,000 organizations
worldwide -- to this market segment, than ONYX Graphics."

Key features
ONYX Graphics representatives say that the SmartApps PitStop Pro plug-in helps fix troublesome client PDF files quickly and efficiently, without
leaving Adobe Acrobat software. According to Mattiussi, key features include:

    * only seconds until the PitStop Pro plug-in checks all aspects of wide format PDF files to create certified print consistency.

    * a wide format-specific preflight checklist that creates a reliable "digital master" so PDF files print correctly, with the highest quality and optimal
printing performance.

    * automatic highlighting of spot color and color management issues; also provides quick options for correction.

    * automatic detection of file issues such as missing or bad fonts, missing bleed and more.

    * tools to quickly edit PDF files from inside Adobe Acrobat software, without damaging the integrity of the original file.

    * Action Lists that enable automation of otherwise tedious changes to multiple PDF files, such as color conversions and adding finishing
marks.

The ONYX SmartApps PitStop Pro plug-in is the second in the new SmartApps toolset that cuts production time and costs by optimizing workflow
using existing design applications. Designed to help those who prepare files for wide format printing, SmartApps plug-ins are application specific,
operating system independent (can be used on Macintosh® or Windows® platforms), easy to use and affordably priced. They are complementary
to any wide format RIP software - ONYX® RIP software is not required to use the plug-ins.

Availability
The SmartApps PitStop Pro plug-In is expected to be available as a 30-day, full-version trial and for purchase by December 2011 through ONYX
dealers worldwide.

Enfocus Announces PitStop Connect 10

Printers and publishers enjoy streamlined production thanks to better integration with Switch 10 workflows, use of intelligent metadata and
automatic Connector updates

PitStop Connect 10 connects printers and publishers with their brand-owner, agency, and designer customers; ensuring hassle-free file delivery
and PDF quality control. By eliminating errors and streamlining the production process, users can save time, cut costs, reduce stress and improve
customer satisfaction. New to PitStop Connect 10 is automatic Connector updating, secure file transfer, and individualized service that
automatically "drives" jobs through Enfocus Switch 10-supported production using intelligent metadata.

The fundamental job of PitStop Connect is to allow printers and publishers to easily create and distribute Connectors; i.e., small desktop tools to
which customers drag and drop files. PitStop Connect is a single gateway for file transmission that is made more predictable with built-in,
bulletproof PDF preflighting and correction technology made famous by Enfocus. Issues such as missing fonts and low-resolution images are
detected and corrected automatically.

The PitStop Connect news comes on the heels of Enfocus' announcement of Switch 10, the latest version of the company's suite of workflow
software solutions that automate repetitive tasks. The two solutions can be used independently of each other, but exponential benefit is realized
when they are used together. For example, customized metadata for automatic routing and processing of files through a Switch 10-supported
workflow can be set-up in PitStop Connect.

Significant reduction in job cycle times, hassles, and costs
"All too often file delivery causes problems on both the production and creative sides of printing and publishing workflows," says Elli Cloots,
Director of Product Management at Enfocus. "What is needed is efficient communication between all parties, and that is precisely what PitStop
Connect 10 delivers. It ensures that files print exactly as designed, which improves turnaround times, increases productivity and ultimately
improves customer satisfaction.

"It allows for streamlined delivery of files that will fly through the production process, and enables printers and publishers to cement business
relationships with customers."

PitStop Connect 10 not only benefits printers and publishers, it also makes life easier for creatives. They can save time and enjoy invaluable
peace of mind knowing their files comply with the printers' requirements and will be printed as intended - no more last-minute phone calls to correct
errors.

Connectors are free for creatives and can be downloaded straight onto their desktop. Connectors do not require any installation and simply run
when required. Those sending files are given immediate feedback when the file has been delivered correctly. For PDF files, the sender can view
the preflight report to identify and solve any issues, or view the automated fixes that took place.

What's new, in detail
With PitStop Connect 10, whenever the printer or publisher changes preflight and delivery settings in a Connector, these settings are
automatically updated and distributed to all installed Connectors. This ensures that everyone in the delivery chain is working with the correct
parameters.

Additionally, PitStop Connect 10 has a smooth interface with the Enfocus Switch 10 suite of automated workflow solutions. The intelligent
metadata fields can be set within the Connector so that customers only have to fill out relevant and personalized information. Once received at
the printer or publisher side, files can be quickly and easily sorted, managed and processed. Through Switch and the integration with MIS and
ERP systems, it is possible to re-use existing information and maximize efficiency and customer service. [1]

File transfer security has also been improved, using the industry-standard SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).

PitStop Connect 10 is also compatible with the latest preflight technology and PDF standards. This includes Preflight Profiles and Action Lists, as
delivered through Enfocus' PitStop Pro 10 software; as well as support for PDF/X-4 for printing and PDF/A for archiving.

Pricing and availability
PitStop Connect 10 will be available in the second quarter of 2011, from www.enfocus.com. For more information on upgrades and pricing,
contact your preferred reseller, email sales@enfocus.com or consult the Enfocus website at enfocus.com.

Enfocus and WoodWing Team Up to Further Streamline Media Production Workflows

Enfocus announces today that it cooperates with WoodWing, a leading software supplier of innovative cross-media publishing solutions. As part
of the partnership, WoodWing joins the growing Enfocus Crossroads community as Application Partner, while Enfocus becomes a WoodWing
Authorized Technology Partner. Together, the companies will offer enhanced integration between Enfocus Switch and WoodWing Enterprise 7 -
enabling publishers to further automate and streamline their media production processes.

Established in 2000, WoodWing's roots lie in print publishing. Today, the company offers innovative, easy-to-use software solutions that enable
publishers to build highly efficient workflows in a cross-media publishing environment. WoodWing´s solutions are used by the full spectrum of
publishers - from newspaper and magazine to book and corporate - for the publication of media-rich content to the full range of media channels.
These include print, online and mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. Openness is the cornerstone of the company's strategy and
was a key factor behind the new partnership with Enfocus.

"An open architecture, the use of open standards and the resulting high flexibility, are essential characteristics of WoodWing Enterprise, our cross-
media publishing system," says Hans Janssen, CEO of WoodWing Software. "This openness enables our customers to integrate specialized
applications from our Technology Partners to build a best-of-breed solution that is the most cost-effective and efficient for their business. The
close integration of Enterprise and Enfocus Switch is a good example of the success of this strategy, and its value for WoodWing customers."

"WoodWing is a leading software supplier to the publishing industry. With WoodWing joining the Crossroads community, publishers will now be
able to take a big step towards full automation," says Fabian Prudhomme, Vice President Enfocus. "Switch automates the delivery of assets to
WoodWing Enterprise and supports the processing of the final content from Enterprise to a multitude of output channels. This allows publishers to
focus on more value added tasks. During the WoodWing Xperience event from May 24-25 in Amsterdam, attendees will be the first to see our
enhanced integration between upcoming Switch 10 and WoodWing Enterprise 7."

The backbone of any publishing process
WoodWing's Enterprise is a versatile cross-media publishing system for the creation and production of print, online and mobile publications. At the
heart of the system is the Enterprise server, the backbone of multi-channel publishing processes. On top sits Content Station, the content
management application, which enables content producers, editors, photographers and managers to perform their daily tasks, from content
planning to final publication to multiple channels - all from one user-friendly interface.

Full integration delivers even more automation
With the enhanced integration of Enfocus Switch and WoodWing Enterprise, publishers are now able to automate even more of their media
production processes. Reception, sorting, processing and routing of assets can now be fully automated by Switch. The processed assets,
including metadata such as brand, category, issue and status can also be uploaded into Enterprise automatically.

Enfocus Switch can also be used to adapt assets. For example, Switch can download a high resolution CMYK image from Enterprise, resize it to
the appropriate resolution and convert it to an RGB image. The modified image is then simply uploaded back into Enterprise as a new asset.

Switch also integrates with numerous other Crossroads partner applications, providing publishers a complete, feature-rich, streamlined workflow. A
print-ready PDF file, for example, can be downloaded from Enterprise using Switch, and then routed to an appropriate application for automated
preflighting, ink optimization, proofing, imposition and final delivery to the RIP for plate output.

For publishers, Switch offers a visual way of connecting and building the workflow - as well as controlling it. Users save both time and money in
building, debugging, and daily monitoring of the workflow. Workflows can be further enhanced through scripting, changes to metadata, or any
kind of advanced manipulation of files.

Community making automation with Switch more accessible
Established in 2007, the Enfocus Crossroads community provides a pool of expertise and resources to make automation with Enfocus Switch
more accessible to users in the printing and publishing industries. The community brings together Enfocus Switch users, Application Partners who
offer solutions which integrate with Enfocus Switch, and Integrator Partners who can assist with more complex integration projects.

The Crossroads web portal, which supports the community, hosts a user forum and partner blogs to encourage interaction between all members.
Switch users will also find all relevant information on the applications that integrate with Switch here. Together, with a whole library of Switch flows
ready for download and import in Switch, users get started more efficiently. The community provides Crossroads partners with the necessary
means and visibility to promote their integration with Switch.

PitStop Connect 10 will be available in the second quarter of 2011.

Enfocus Announces Switch 10

Enfocus announces Switch 10; offers more power and support for wider publishing company operations

Gent, Belgium - Enfocus announces Switch 10, the latest version of its suite of workflow software solutions that automate repetitive tasks,
allowing printing and publishing professionals to focus on creativity and adding value to their businesses. The new version gives printers,
publishers and ad agencies exploring and adding new revenue streams - as well as anyone interested in higher overall efficiency across
departments - the simplest yet most robust automation backbone for their organization.

New and enhanced features within Switch 10 will give publishers more robust automation, greater depths of data security, and the ability to
extract more value from existing information sources and third-party tools. Switch automation software comes in three versions, depending on
users' needs: LightSwitch for smaller publishers, printers or ad agencies; FullSwitch for larger customers seeking greater integration with third-party
applications; and PowerSwitch for more complex graphic arts environments.

IT Departments Provide Input for Wider Switch Implementation at Customer Sites

One of the key elements of Switch 10 development, according to Elli Cloots, Director of Product Management at Enfocus, was the input of Switch
customers' IT departments. Many publishers' production and IT personnel have been working together to move Switch into a more over-arching
role in their entire operation, as both are recognizing the value it brings in connecting with third party programs, including the companies' own
DAM and MIS systems, with simple, visual workload management and easy modification of all processes for more efficient automation across all
processes.

"When Switch is at the heart of your company, you're looking for continuity, predictability and security, and that's exactly what we want to deliver
with Switch 10," says Cloots. "We didn't stop there, though. Users will also be able to save valuable time and money through the seamless
integration of Switch 10 with third-party business software and databases."

Enfocus Switch 10 Highlights
To automate with confidence, Switch 10 includes:

· Workload visualizer: continually tracks whether network loads, file volumes and other critical performance parameters remain within workable
limits. The tool informs you of any risk to system overload by means of a simple indicator. Switch also provides more advanced monitoring tools to
find the reason for the warning.

· Optimized processing: an improved processing engine enabling Switch 10 to handle many simultaneous processes independently of each
other. A problem arising with one process will not affect the others.

Enhanced data security is provided through:

· Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP): this is integrated within Switch 10 to ensure that files are sent and received safely over the Internet.

· SwitchProxy module: operations and IT continuity is assured; clients can always deliver to a publisher's server, even if it is being maintained
or updated, through a proxy server. This separate module is available for FullSwitch and PowerSwitch users only, as an option.

Users can gain more value from existing information sources and tools:

· Database Connector Module: Switch can automatically use relevant information from other business software such as MIS and ERP
systems. In Switch 10, integration is even easier through a specific module (optional). Available for PowerSwitch users only upon release of
Switch 10 update 1. [1]

· Third-party configurators easier to manage: Switch users can update a plug-in as soon as a new version is published on the Crossroads
website. Available for FullSwitch and PowerSwitch users only.

Improve Customer Service with SwitchClient
Further enhancements in Switch 10 (FullSwitch and PowerSwitch only) are improved job filtering, sorting and locking via a new graphic user
interface in the desktop SwitchClient collaboration tool, which makes life easier for operators. Customers benefit from an easy and customized
interface when submitting files, thanks to the ability to use, and interact with, metadata fields.

Pricing and Availability
The Switch 10 product family will be available enfocus in the 2nd quarter of 2011. The upgrade is included for Switch clients who have a
maintenance contract.

Enfocus Updates PitStop Pro 10 to Support Acrobat X

Popular PDF preflighting and editing tool now supports Adobe Acrobat X Standard and Pro, as well as the latest ISO standards

Enfocus announces update 1 of its PitStop Pro 10 application. Update 1 offers compatibility with the latest Adobe® Acrobat® X Standard and
Pro. It also introduces compatibility with the latest PDF/X-4:2010 and PDF/A ISO standards.

"To serve our customers in their best interest, Enfocus always aims to be compatible with the latest design solutions and industry specifications.
The release of PitStop Pro 10 update 1 keeps this key product at the leading edge of Adobe Acrobat and ISO standards compatibility," says Elli
Cloots, Director of Product Management at Enfocus.

Enfocus PitStop Pro 10 is a plug-in for Adobe Acrobat X Standard or Pro. The recent introduction of Adobe Acrobat X brought a major change to
Acrobat's user interface. It no longer uses the familiar toolbar menus, but now groups all the main panels on the right side of the document
window. The latest PitStop Pro 10 update 1 is designed to work with this new menu structure. However, it still remains compatible with the
previous Acrobat 8.1 (or higher) and 9.x Standard or Pro versions, on both Mac OS X and Windows platforms.

Support for latest PDF/X-4 and PDF/A
At the same time, Enfocus has taken the opportunity to add support for the latest PDF/X-4:2010 standard. This standard has recently been
finalized and replaces PDF/X-4:2008. PDF/X-4 supports color-managed data as well as PDF transparency and optional content.

PDF/A, now also supported, is a file format for long-term archiving of electronic documents. With update 1, PitStop Pro enables users to check
against these ISO PDF/A specifications, including a large number of corrections.

Faster, easier, smarter
PitStop Pro has long been recognized for its many PDF editing features and user-friendly design, enabling easy management and customization of
presets and tools. The feedback Enfocus gathers as part of its 'You first' commitment to customers, contributed to the further expansion of these
features in PitStop Pro 10, which was introduced in September 2010.

PitStop Pro 10 introduced features that had been particularly requested by customers. These have been designed to help users to work faster
with greater precision, and also to save significant amounts of time. It also concentrated on making color management more accessible for
everybody, with easy controls and the ability to import users' own color libraries. Action Lists are easier to use too, while QuickRuns now include
Global Changes, which apply changes across all the pages in a document.

Pricing and availability
PitStop Pro 10 update 1 is available now at the original price of $699. The update is free of charge for existing PitStop Pro 10 users. For users
working with older versions of PitStop Pro, upgrades are available from www.enfocus.com or through authorized Enfocus resellers.

Enfocus Crossroads Community Benefits from Newly Added Functionality to Web Site

Enfocus Crossroads community benefits from newly added functionality to the crossroads-world.com Web site

Enfocus enriches the Enfocus Crossroads community by launching a redesigned crossroads-world.com website. Along with a range of new
functionalities, the website brings a new level of interaction for all members.

Launched in 2007, Enfocus Crossroads is the online community around Enfocus Switch. It brings together Enfocus Switch users, Crossroads
partners and Crossroads integrator partners. The original community name 'Crossroads' received a subtle change to Enfocus Crossroads, to
emphasize that it is fully endorsed by Enfocus and in close relationship with the Crossroads partners.

"We wanted to bring Enfocus and Crossroads closer together and emphasize that Crossroads is backed by Enfocus. Of course the aim is still to
provide a neutral platform around the Enfocus Switch automation solution," explains Fabian Prudhomme, Vice President of Enfocus. "The new
functionalities of the website have been carried out to help us to extend the scope of Crossroads and to react to the needs of our user
community."

Angelo Manno
Enfocus also recently appointed Angelo Manno into the new role of Account Manager of the Crossroads program. "I'm very excited to be working
closely with all the different Enfocus Crossroads partners, and help extend the Enfocus Crossroads community by introducing new partners to our
growing Enfocus Switch user base. The new additions to the Enfocus Crossroads website are a valuable asset for all members," he says.

New features
Important new features include a new content management system for greater flexibility and future expansion, a new user forum, and provision for
blogs from partner organizations. Both users and partners are now able to upload their created Switch flows directly to Enfocus Crossroads so they
can be shared with all other members.

With Enfocus Crossroads as an online meeting point for Enfocus Switch users and partners, the new user forum and partner blogs will encourage
interaction between all members. Switch users can learn from other users and partners, and apply best practices to their own organization. Manno
explains: "Enfocus Crossroads is a neutral platform bringing together different types of partners. We feel it's important to give our partners a
separate discussion platform, away from the Enfocus website."

The partners' blogs will also give them the opportunity to talk directly to the community. "Automation is a hot topic today, and there is much to say
and learn about it. People want to hear different opinions. Through a blog, we give our Crossroads partners the opportunity to talk directly to the
community," Manno adds.

Enfocus Switch Product Family
The Enfocus Switch product family consists out of LightSwitch, FullSwitch and PowerSwitch. Progressively they offer more features to help users
build flows that automate sequences of events and processes. Once created, flows can be easily exchanged with other users. Any member can
upload its own flow to the new Enfocus Crossroads website. Once uploaded, the flows become available to all other members for download and
import in their own Enfocus Switch product.

"The new facility for uploading flows makes Crossroads a truly interactive platform," Manno stresses. "Everyone that is registered will be able to
post, rate and review flows on the site. This applies also to potential customers who are trying out any of the Crossroads applications they don't
know yet. We are convinced that users will appreciate having a whole community supporting their automation solution. In addition, they can look
on the Enfocus Crossroads site to solve another user's problems, get a resolution to their own problems and find new ideas."

Reinforcing the Crossroads community
The Switch product family supports a growing number of configurators. The configurators are used to give direct access and control to third party
applications from within Switch, and assist in the automation of the entire workflow. All partners that develop a Switch configurator automatically
become a Crossroads partner.

The latest Switch 09 version integrates well with the Enfocus Crossroads website. From within Switch, users can right-click on a configurator to
find more information about a Crossroads partner's application. They are then automatically directed to the Enfocus Crossroads website where
they can find more information on the partner, the application and available flows. From now on, they will be able to download a trial version of the
partner's application as well. "We made it very easy for the user to discover new applications that easily integrate with Swtich," Manno
concludes.

Enfocus Announces PitStop Workgroup Manager

A new way to centrally control Enfocus PitStop Pro settings in a collaborative workflow environment.

Enfocus announces PitStop Workgroup Manager, a New PitStop Workgroup Manager brand-new, significant efficiency tool developed to simplify
the use of Enfocus PitStop Pro in multi-user, collaborative working environments.

PitStop Pro is designed to operate as a standalone desktop application, but in practice it is frequently used in workgroups, where people need to
collaborate. This means different team members wish to share Preflight Profiles, Action Lists, Workspaces, etc., while the team manager needs to
control the settings that are used. Although it's easy to export the PitStop Pro Action Lists and Preflight Profiles for import by other users, there has
been no way to manage this across a workgroup from a single central point and make sure that everybody uses only the latest settings.

New way to manage big teams
PitStop Workgroup Manager solves this issue. To be released at the same time as new PitStop Pro 10[1], the Workgroup Manager runs on a
central computer and allows one person to control the allocation of settings.

PitStop Workgroup Manager also manages PitStop Pro licenses by acting as a license server for Floating Licenses. For each licensed PitStop Pro
copy in the local area network, PitStop Workgroup Manager can automatically be used to distribute settings like Preflight Profiles, Action Lists,
Global Changes, output intents, Workspaces and color preferences.

"Every company having a large number of installed PitStop Pro copies can benefit from the advantages of installing the Workgroup Manager,"
explains Elli Cloots, Enfocus Director of Product Management. "Our goal in developing it was to make life easier for our larger volume customers.
They can now manage their settings in a central way, which will help them to save a lot of time compared with doing this manually, on every
station."

Standardization through central settings
The PitStop Workgroup Manager also enables large companies to apply policies to certain groups. Cloots adds: "As a head of a department, you
can ensure that a certain group uses only certain settings. You may also want to prohibit users from changing these settings or perhaps prevent
them from creating new settings. It allows you to work in a very standardized way without confusion, and to simplify your group's work and
communication efforts."

Availability and pricing
PitStop Workgroup Manager is supplied when purchasing a Floating License for PitStop Pro 10. A Floating license allows the installation of
unlimited copies of PitStop Pro across a network, but only a certain number can be used simultaneously. The user pays for a certain number of
Floating Licenses, for instance five or ten, with a progressive discount.

Enfocus PitStop Workgroup Manager will become commercially available together with the PitStop Pro 10 release in October 2010, with Floating
License packages of Enfocus PitStop Pro 10.

Enfocus Announces PitStop Server 10

Enfocus announces PitStop Server 10, an upgraded New Enfocus PitStop Server 10 version of its automated PDF preflighting, correction and
certification solution. PitStop Server 10 introduces major new automatic features, including transparency flattening, new color management
capabilities, and PDF optimization to reduce file sizes.

"As part of our 'You first' commitment to our customers, all the implemented features are in answer to requests of our users," says Elli Cloots,
Director of Product management at Enfocus. "We put our customers first and take their feedback to heart. With PitStop Server 10, we are giving
them the right tools to make them successful and more productive. The new functionalities will allow them to save time and focus on things that
really matter, like customer service."

Transparency flattening at preflighting stage
The new ability to flatten transparencies within PDFs dramatically improves output consistency. Although the latest print engines can flatten
transparency well, earlier generation configurations are still in widespread use, and can not always handle transparencies in a reliable manner.

"Although transparency flattening is often only done at the end of the workflow, before going to output; we frequently see people having problems
with different results on different systems," explains Kristof Kemseke, Product Manager at Enfocus. "We want to make our customers more
efficient with this feature. We think it is important to do transparency flattening at the preflight stage. Earlier incorporation will result in more
consistent file output."

Optimize your PDFs
The new ability to optimize PDF files is in response to customer feedback, as well, Kemseke says.

"We got more and more requests from users that they want to get smaller PDFs," he says. "The optimization functionality in PitStop Server 10
analyzes and removes unnecessary items within the PDF, such as areas outside the bounding boxes of images or outside trim boxes. This results
in a smaller file size for storage and also for other purposes such as faster downloads from websites."

Bringing color to the next level
Color management is also brought to a new level in PitStop Server 10, in common with the enhancements applied to the new PitStop Pro 10,
which is being released at the same time. PitStop Server 10 can now, automatically check for ink coverage issues while taking into account
transparency, overprint settings, overlapping items and layers. Black Point Compensation is supported when using the Adobe® CMM or Little CMS
and you can choose the Adobe® settings directly from the PitStop Server preferences and hot folder editor.

PitStop Server 10 is compatible with recent Mac OS X or Windows platforms, including the latest OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and Windows 7
operating systems. PitStop Pro, the PDF preflighting and manual editing application, is also upgraded with similar features.

Availability and pricing, PitStop Server NA
PitStop Server 10 will be commercially available in October 2010. With immediate effect, a grace period commences whereby buyers of PitStop
Server get a version 09 key and will receive a free upgrade when version 10 becomes available.

Customers using PitStop Server 4.x can take advantage of a discounted loyalty upgrade price for their versions until the end of the year, for
$1,499.

Starting today and until release, both single and volume users with more recent product versions (PitStop Server 08 and 09) receive a customer
loyalty discount when pre-ordering upgrades to PitStop Server 10. And until the year-end, everyone buying an upgrade for those versions gets a
copy of LightSwitch for free.

of creating a PDF to specifications, including preflight and automatic correction of most common errors,
on-the-fly. It even sends the press-ready PDFs directly to the printer's inbox, FTP server or Enfocus
PowerSwitch automated workflow - and all without leaving the application.

Prepress experts, such as print service providers, can create standard or custom PDF Queues that are
easily imported into Instant PDF. PDF Queues contain all the PDF creation and preflight settings required
for outputting quality PDFs. They can be distributed as files or published on the CertifiedPDF.net website,
where designers can subscribe for free and automatically receive all of the latest PDF Queues. Instant PDF
09 also uses the latest checks and fixes introduced in PitStop Pro 09.

PitStop Professional 08: Adobe(r) Acrobat(r) 9 compatibility, enhanced ease-of use, productivity
PitStop Professional has long been the de facto standard for preflighting, editing and repairing of PDF
files among graphic arts professionals who use a PDF workflow. PitStop Professional 08 takes this
functionality to the next level with Adobe(r) Acrobat(r) 9 compatibility.

Other new capabilities include sign-off on preflight errors, a redesigned and significantly more compact
PitStop Inspector, better page configuration handling, faster access to common functions through
expanded contextual menus and conformance to the latest standards and operating systems.

In addition, PitStop Professional 08 offers a choice of multiple color engines including the industry standard
Adobe(r) CMM, PDF/X-4 compliance in PDF Profiles and Action Lists (in addition to support for earlier PDF/X
levels), easy PDF Profile adaptation to create new preflight profiles from existing items, and user-configurable
viewing preferences.

PitStop Server 08: improved performance, full compatibility with new standards
PitStop Server is a Hot-Folder-based application for graphic arts professionals who need unattended PDF
document processing or need to process high-volumes of PDF documents. It is the indispensable tool for
pre-flight checking of PDF documents, with facilities for fixing many common problems without human
intervention.

New PitStop Server 08 capabilities include a totally redesigned and more intuitive user interface,
server-based processing (PitStop Server now runs as a service on Windows and as a login item on Mac
OS X), the ability to process two PDF documents in parallel for faster performance, more powerful Hot Folder
processing, import and export of Hot Folder settings, a detailed history log, improved security and expanded
e-mail notification.

Switch 08: improved productivity, more effective device management
Switch 08 is a major upgrade for all products in the Switch family of automation-enabling software (entry-level
LightSwitch, mainstream FullSwitch and advanced PowerSwitch), adding significant new functionality and
offering new workflow automation opportunities for ad agencies, publishers and printers alike.

With Switch 08, job processing is more predictable even with complex flows, and the implementation of real
job priorities allows fast-tracking jobs through a flow. Switch 08 also optimizes the time it takes the first job to
flow through a complete flow, enabling better resource management for devices such as proofers and rips.

Hot Folders, FTP and email-receive tools can be scheduled to automatically activate only in a predefined time
window and now offer a "read-only" processing mode where the original jobs are left on the server and a
copy is processed through the flow. Switch 08 also includes many improved and new tools, and enhances
variable data support. Metadata support and scripting capabilities have been greatly expanded in
PowerSwitch, offering, for example, support for compression, database access and SOAP or web service
communication directly from within Javascript.

Instant PDF 08: More color management options, improved preflighting and integration with Enfocus
PowerSwitch. Enfocus Instant PDF 08 makes producing press-ready PDFs easy for creative professionals.
Using award-winning Enfocus Certified PDF(r) technology, it is the simplest and most reliable way to create
PDFs that comply with print or advertisement vendors' specifications, including PDF/X-1a, PDF/X-3,
PDF/X-4 and Ghent PDF Workgroup industry standards. Designers access Instant PDF 08 from within
design applications, including the latest versions of QuarkXPress(tm), Adobe(r) Illustrator(r), Adobe(r)
InDesign(r) and Adobe(r) Acrobat(r). Standard PDF Queues or custom PDF Queues created by the print
service provider can be quickly and easily imported into design software to ensure consistent and
accurate PDF generation that meets all job specifications.

With Instant PDF 08, print providers will see a significant reduction in customer service and pre-press operator
workload because Certified PDF files are always output correctly from the designer's workstation. With
Enfocus Certified PDF(r) technology, the files are flagged as ready for output as soon as they arrive in the
inbox. Full integration with Enfocus PowerSwitch now delivers final PDF files directly to a Submit Point in
PowerSwitch, making communication between the designer and the printer even more efficient.

Enfocus brings Worry-Free Creation of Press-Ready PDFs to Design Professionals with Instant PDF 08

Standards-compliant Certified PDFs, integration with Enfocus PowerSwitch streamline print production process
for both designer, printers and publishers

September 23, 2008 - Gent, Belgium - Enfocus continues to enhance Instant PDF, bringing unprecedented
simplicity and standards compliance to the desktops of designers and the print production workflow alike. In
addition to supporting all the latest standards and design applications, including PDF/X-4 and Adobe(r)
Acrobat(r) 9, Instant PDF 08 adds more color management options, improved preflighting, and integration
with Enfocus PowerSwitch.

"It can be difficult and confusing for designers to create PDF files for print or advertisements that result in
predictable output that is both printable and reflects their design intent," says David van Driessche, Director of
Enfocus Marketing. "Improperly created PDF files wreak havoc in the production process and can cause
unnecessary aggravation and delays for both the buyer and seller of print. With this release of Instant PDF
08, Enfocus has made it even easier and more worry-free for designers to create perfect, printable PDF files
and for printers to benefit from reduced cycle time in the production process."

"Also new in Instant PDF 08," adds Mr. van Driessche, "are new preflight checks that correct even more
problems during PDF creation, including automatic detection of printer marks, setting the page boxes in the
generated PDF file accordingly. In addition, we have embedded the open-source Little CMS color
management engine to ensure color consistent conversions for both Mac and Windows. These additions
