The Association for PRINT Technologies (APTech) announces the first of its executive development educational programs under its LeadingPrint banner. The first of these is the Peak Performance series, a six-session course designed to serve as an introductory guide to personal and corporate well-being. The series is set to begin March 21 and run through April 6, 2023.
After several challenging years, it is no surprise that individuals and companies are experiencing a well-being crisis. Rates of employee stress, burnout, and turnover are at all-time highs. Average employee engagement is low. Younger workers are demanding a different organizational culture. The Peak Performance series provides a framework flip the script on these issues to develop a coaching environment and strong organizational purpose.
The virtual series is built on Executive Coach Ken Garner’s extensive experience as an executive and industry leader, his certification and accreditation as an executive coach, and hundreds of hours of actual coaching experience.
