Absolute Finishing Equipment showcased the BP BASA Evolution, an automated jogging system that extracts sheets from a skid.
AirTrim features the AirFlex family of portable trim waste removal systems. These unique machines are versatile enough to handle paper, plastic, film, and foil on a continual basis. With three sizes, there is an AirFlex to accommodate any machine capacity, plant layout, and budget.
APS Imaging Solutions highlighted the LF 2000 All-In-Max high-speed, automatic book block system for creating lay flat book blocks from single sheets.
Baldwin featured the BW Converting PVQ 4.0 printing inspection software.
Baumer hhs featured its Aerto applicator for cleaner cutoff of fugitive gluing applications. The company also featured camera-based verification of printed codes, as well as water scoring technology to allow for the best folding of onserts. Best Graphics offered machine demonstrations of several products, including Ecosystem Quick 106 Film Laminator, Itotec SC-115Z Guillotine Cutter, Busch SWH Series Pile Turner, Heiber + Schroeder CE-1000 Tray Former, and Bacciottini OXO MULTISKILL Creasing & Folding machine.
BindEx features the ECOBINDER, a fully automated, five-clamp perfect binder.
BlueCrest unveiled OttoMate, a collaborative robot that is engineered to work alongside human operators to automate various tasks in mail the mail production work cell.
BOBST highlighted its printing and converting technologies portfolio, including the DIGITAL MASTER series and the MASTER M6, while talking to visitors about their specific needs and challenges.
BOWE SYSTEC highlighted the Fusion Speed 30K, which process up to 30,000 envelopes per hour.
Capital Mailing Equipment featured the Ophrys Tricolor Inkjet Envelope Printer, which features speeds up up to 668 feet per minute or 50,000 pieces per hour.
The Challenge Machinery Company displayed a comprehensive line up of paper cutting equipment. It featured the CHAMP 185Pro hydraulic paper cutter, which brings large cutter strength and accuracy to the 18-inch cutting market. Fully programmable with a seven-inch, color touchscreen interface, this 120v machine rolls through standard 36-inch doorways.
Among its wide range of equipment, Duplo demonstrated the DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser with the DC Inline folder.
EMT International unveiled its new generation dynamic perf and punch continuous feed processor line, the EMT DP22 PRO.
Foster launched two new products for world wide distribution, the Height Adjustable All-A-Board Lifter and Power Dye Sub On-A-Roll Lifter and Spindle Trolley.
G&K-Vijuk highlighted the MB Bauerle autoSET 18, which is a servo-driven mail inserting system that feeds, accumulates, collates, folds, and inserts documents into envelopes and then seals them at up to 18,000 pieces per hour.
GBC highlights the TruSens Z7000 Air Purifier, which is designed to improve indoor air quality in large professional spaces.
GEW, alongside their North American distributor, GMH UV, highlighted its offerings for the commercial printing market, including both UV LED and mercury arc UV solutions for these applications. LeoLED, its water-cooled UV LED solution can be fitted in all positions on sheetfed printing presses with both a compact and a cassette version available. GEW’s water-cooled arc UV product, E4C, can be installed alongside LeoLED using GEW’s renowned ArcLED technology, when requested by the printer. This allows for arc UV and UV LED lamps to be interchanged seamlessly on the same printing press.
Graphic Whizard highlighted its SinaJet digital die cutters.
Hasler Solutions USA debuted a digital XY flatbed cutting machine.
IST America demonstrated the latest innovations and advancements in label and packaging printing technologies, including IST America’s light-curing technology for sheetfed, roll-fed, industrial, and digital print applications.
Kirk-Rudy focused on the RFID label applicator that applies blank RFID chips from a roll on to flat printed products like blister cards or small folder boxes.
Kongsberg highlighted a combination of precision. Machinery, automation, and integrated workflows to help its users achieve maximum productivity and quality. In its booth was the Kongsberg C64, Kongsberg X24, MultiCam Apex1R, and MultiCam Apex 3R.
KURZ debuted the DM-Unliner 2D and the DM-Smartliner.
Match Machinery showcased the SBL Platinum PD-106 Diecutter.
MBO showcased five new roll-fed finishing modules including the SVC 23 Sheeter, the DFT 23 Folder, the ZSS 23 Automatic Splicer, the CC 23 Contour Cutter and the SC 23 Spot Coater. The new modules are all sized to fit the most popular inkjet production web widths up to 23 inches wide.
Merlin Technology displayed the VISCORE humidification system, ideal for small- to mid-sized environments.
MH+P Technology showcased its EasyFrame assembly machine, which is well suited for small- and medium-sized runs and one-off production.
Morgana showed attendees the new SC6500 Digital Diecutter from the Plockmatic Group. The device offers a no wires working environment and features a compact, dual tool digital cuter.
Matik demonstrated its LabelMaster continuous-feed CO2 laser system.
MCS introduces the ECS P426.
Muller Martini invited attendees to explore and interact with digital equipment and Connex workflow systems to gain firsthand insights into the advantages of seamless integration and witness the harmony between workflow and technology to demonstrate the value of a connected, efficient, future-ready print finishing environment.
Nobelus showcased the Komfi Amiga 52 Double, a thermal laminator that can perform single-sided and in-line double-sided lamination. The Komfi Amiga Emboss, an ideal laminator for adding a traditional silver halide luster to digitally printed photos, was also featured.
Output Technology highlighted its ZipSorter, which is designed for mail processing equipment to offset mail prices for zip and tray breaks. The device is positioned in between the inkjet/tabber base and delivery/shingling conveyor.
PAT Technology Systems introduced its FogBuster, a DTF extractor for medium-sized DTF ovens.
Plockmatic-Morgana highlighted the full range of Morgana document finishing devices and new packaging/cutting solutions. Modeled for efficiency, versatility, and productivity the company’s booklet making systems continue to expand capabilities, now up to 224 pages with the PowerSquare line-up, and with 11×8.5-inch landscape functionality, or up to 11×11-inch format. The BM4000 and BM5000 series, all fed by its VFX Feeder with optional bar code reading, offer a solution to meet the requirements of most applications packed into a compact design footprint. Its New ColorCut branded packaging and labeling solutions and our new offline coating technologies will also be demonstrated throughout the show.
Rollem unveiled the Insignia6H PLUS, the latest in its die cutting line that features new controls for sampled operation.
Safety Speed Manufacturing showcased the Triton Horizontal Cutting Solution.
SEI Laser by Malik featured the PackMaker, a cutter that die and kiss cuts as well as marketing for flexible packaging laser applications.
Shark Machinery highlighted the SC-31TS Cutter, a fully programmable solution with a ten-inch color touch screen.
Siser offered its Romeo and Juliet Cutters, 24- and 12-inch high-definition cutters.
Skandacor showcases FINISHpro 2739 AF Max, a die-free flatbed die cutting solution.
Standard Finishing Systems brought its diverse line of Hunkeler and Horizon feeding and finishing solutions. Their booth hosts live demonstrations of die cutting, perfect binding and trimming, slitting and creasing, folding, saddlestitching, and roll-fed print solutions including a Hunkeler/Horizon Roll-to-Cut solution featuring the Hunkeler UW8 Unwinder and CS8 Cutter inline with the Horizon StitchLiner Mark V Saddlestitcher producing stitched booklets from pre-printed rolls.
Therm-O-Type featured its range of finishing equipment.
Tecnau, together with Heidelberg unveiled a continuous web direct mail finishing line. In the exhibition, Tecnau’s Unwinder u50, Cutter c52 and Transport t50s bridge will feed sheets from preprinted rolls to the Heidelberg Stahlfolder TH 66 Hybrid.
Wuhan Goldenlaser showcases the Dual Heads Vision Scan Laser Cutter.
Zund America features the Q-line with BHS180 cutter.
