Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., hosted a special Open House event at the company’s branch office in San Francisco, California on Thursday, June 4, 2015. The event highlighted the benefits of the company’s Production Printing and Document Management technologies and showcased a winning lineup of Canon Solutions America’s software offerings.
The open house event included 56 guests from 38 different companies in the San Francisco region. Attendees heard from various industry professionals presenting on enhanced document capture technologies, efficient document workflows, integration opportunities, as well as the secured storage, process, and retrieval of critical documents.
“I was incredibly impressed with Canon Solutions America’s Production Printing and Document Management solutions,” said Rebecca Blumen, office manager at Fandor, a San Francisco-based subscription movie viewing service and social video sharing platform. “The open house was very educational, and I left with a greater understanding of a few small adjustments that can vastly improve my company’s day-to-day business operations.”
Guests were also given the opportunity to tour Canon Solutions America’s state-of-the-art showroom, which offered customers the chance to view some of the latest technologies offered by Canon Solutions America. The open house featured demonstrations on the IRISXtract™, Therefore™, and uniFLOW software offerings, which gave attendees a first-hand look into the company’s industry-leading document and information management solutions.
The open house also included a presentation on the capabilities of the new Canon imagePRESS C800, which has been a frontrunner in the production community since it was released in late 2014. Within a small, scalable footprint, the Canon imagePRESS C800 combines proven technology from the award-winning Canon imagePRESS series to offer optimal print quality and productivity.
The San Francisco Branch Office Open House was part of Canon Solution America’s continued efforts to help businesses in the Bay Area increase productivity and efficiency, while at the same time utilizing sustainable solutions.
