Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC), today announces a strategic alliance with Clover Technologies Group (Clover), a global leader in the imaging industry for manufacturing, collections, solutions and parts. The alliance represents an expansion of the existing relationship between the two companies to deliver greater value and service to Sharp customers.
“Through this partnership we are emphasizing our ongoing commitment to customer service while highlighting our quality products and leadership in the imaging supplies industry,” said Ron Petrucci, SVP of Business Development for Clover Technologies Group.
Clover is one of the top distributors of remanufactured toner and inkjet cartridges in the industry. With several strategically located distribution centers located in the United States, the company is able to provide ground shipping to 95 percent of the country in one to two days.
“This new relationship will provide our dealers with a unique opportunity to combine third party toner on the same invoice as Sharp hardware and supplies,” said Mike Marusic, SVP, Marketing, Operations and Service. “Dealers that have a Managed Print Services (MPS) program will now be able to have their third party toner drop shipped directly to their customers, which will save a ton of time, money and resources.”
