Xaar is inviting visitors to see the latest in inkjet printhead technology in Hall 3.1 stand A78 at this year’s formnext show, November 13-16 in Frankfurt. There they can learn how innovations such as Xaar’s award-winning High Laydown (HL) Technology and the company’s partnerships with industry-leaders help integrators and machine producers to get ahead in volume 3D Printing.
With HL Technology, jetting 3D fluids with high viscosities (at least 55cP) is possible. Samples produced with high viscosity photoresins from BASF 3D Printing Solutions will be on display, demonstrating the quality and high definition delivered. In addition, significantly increased throughputs can be achieved with HL Technology, meaning faster printing of 3D parts with improved mechanical properties such as tensile strength is now possible.
Simon Kirk, Senior Product Manager at Xaar comments: “Xaar’s HL Technology combined with the fast, scalable nature of inkjet printing delivers true volume production and high productivity 3D Printing. This, together with our range of proven printheads, means we can provide integrators with a solution suitable for their specific 3D print applications.”
Alongside the focus on HL Technology, print samples illustrating how Xaar’s 3D printhead portfolio can be used in various 3D Printing methods such as High Speed Sintering, Binder Jetting, and Photopolymer Jetting will be on display.
“The formnext show is a major global event for the 3D Printing sector and we are excited to be exhibiting our complete printhead portfolio and HL Technology for volume 3D production,” Simon continues.
“We pride ourselves on providing ongoing support to all our customers’ projects – from early fluid evaluation through to commercialisation. That’s why we are welcoming manufacturers and integrators to visit the Xaar stand and discover how our printhead technology can help them introduce new printers quickly and cost-effectively, thereby delivering a true competitive edge and real value to 3D end-users.”
