Bell and Howell today announced the formation of its ONESource Partner Program™, a marketing alliance with original equipment manufacturers with whom Bell and Howell partners to provide end users with on-site service, replacement parts and technical support. The company will unveil the program and its first wave of participants at GRAPH EXPO in Orlando, Florida, Sept. 25-28.
With a field service team of more than 600 personnel, Bell and Howell delivers innovative service and support to the end users of more than 50 brands around the globe in such industries as banking, insurance, financial services, utilities, federal agencies, gaming and more. For many end customers, Bell and Howell is providing preventative maintenance and repair services along with spare parts for their entire production operation. These services lead to reduced vendor management headaches, systems that are more reliable and more productive, and, ultimately, savings in time and money.
The new ONESource alliance will help unify and connect partners, and serve as the platform for launching joint marketing initiatives designed to benefit Bell and Howell, its partners and their mutual customers. At GRAPH EXPO, Bell and Howell’s booth No. 849 will be highlighting the services it offers, as well as promoting ONESource partners and encouraging attendees to learn more about their solutions.
Many of the partnerships have been in place for more than 10 years, while others have been more recently established. The initial participants in the ONESource Partner Program span multiple industries and technology areas, and include ARCA, Boss Laser, Buskro Ltd., Cleveron, CMC, IBIS Integrated Bindery Systems Ltd., InfoSeal, Mutoh America, Inc., Otto-Künnecke GMBH, Profold, Inc., Royal Sovereign International, Sharp Electronics Corporation, Savioke, Tecnau, and Thiele Technologies.
“You’ll be hearing a lot more about ONESource in the coming months,” said Bell and Howell CEO Ramesh Ratan. “It will become the primary brand for our service partnerships, and help position us as the one-stop service shop for a wide variety of complex systems from commercial printers and packaging automation, to autonomous robots, currency handling, intelligent parcel terminals, mail production, and industrial laser-cutting systems.”
