With a network of hundreds of experienced service technicians throughout Canada and the United States, Bell and Howell Global Services can typically be on-site within two hours to perform maintenance or repair a production printer, mail machinery or other industrial mechatronics systems from over 50 brands.
As Ricoh is no longer supporting the InfoPrint 3900 printer and will soon discontinue others, Bell and Howell is reassuring Ricoh owners in Canada that it is, and will continue to be, actively servicing the following IBM/Ricoh InfoPrint models: 3300, 3800, 3900, 4000 and 4100. Additionally, the company can service all associated pre/post equipment from Lasermax, Hunkeler, Tecnau, RSI, Stralfors, ESP® and others.
Bell and Howell’s trained technicians are available to assist customers in keeping these printers running at maximum production efficiency. The Services team can create a custom program designed to meet the specific needs of each operation. Customers can choose among a variety of services:
• Preventive maintenance
• Scheduled maintenance/tune-up
• Replacement parts
• Certified refurbishing
• Converting systems to accept lower-cost Orange Cap Toner
“There is a lot of life left in these InfoPrint toner production printers, and we’re ready to assist anyone who needs service virtually anywhere in North America,” said Jim Feely, senior vice president of global service solutions. “Our Services team has the parts, supplies and technical know-how to provide the support needed to keep these printers up and running for years to come.”
Jennifer Morale, project manager at the marketing firm The Shamrock Companies and an InfoPrint owner, said, “If you ensure your machinery is regularly maintained, you can guarantee that it’s working at its optimum efficiency. Also, we have noticed that customer service is a huge priority at Bell and Howell, and it has been excellent.”
