Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., today announced that it has partnered with Media One Digital Imaging Solutions, LLC – a US distributor of dye-sublimation-based large format inkjet printers and textiles. Under the terms of the agreement, Canon Solutions America will begin offering the d.gen brand of large format dye-sublimation inkjet printers and textiles by a.berger as well as finishing solutions to its customer base. In addition, Media One will become an authorized reseller of the Océ Arizona series of flatbed printers.
Media One, an expert in the large format soft signage market, will support Canon Solutions America’s efforts with its technical knowledge and after-sales support thereby contributing a high level of expertise to the partnership.
In addition to this new set of dynamic and leading-edge services and technologies, Canon Solutions America will now be able to offer its customers a full soft signage solution, which will include the ability to offer financing through Canon Financial Services.

Seen as good timing for both organizations as the soft signage market in the U.S. is experiencing rapid growth, the new partnership allows Canon Solutions America to quickly bring to market a customer solution from printing to finishing. Customers can also expect a full line of market-leading consumables and color management tools.
Canon Solutions America will be introducing the d.gen Teleios Grande G5 printer as the initial offering under this agreement at the SGIA Expo in Atlanta, GA, November 4-6, 2015 at booth #3713. The G5 printer features a 4-color direct-to-fabric printing system and inline fixation unit and can print on 10 foot wide (3.3 m) rolls of fabric at speeds up to 1,991 square feet per hour and at a maximum 1,800 dpi resolution.
