Esko has announced it will showcase the latest packaging trends for a more efficient future in a live web session that will take place on 21st April at this year’s virtual.drupa event.
Stephen Kaufman, VP business development and strategy, packaging and colour, at Esko Brand Solutions, will discuss key trends in e-commerce, 3D capabilities and connective technologies, as well as how brands can respond to ensure an efficient future for product information and packaging.
As well as benefiting from Esko insight into leveraging trends for success, delegates will gain access to a downloadable e-book on 2021 packaging trends with contributions from leaders at Danaher companies, Esko, X-Rite and Pantone.
“Growth in e-commerce has accelerated evolving trends, making it even more critical for brands to foster a personal relationship with consumers through product information and packaging design.
“Driven by a far more complex picture than a brief in-store retail moment, brands wish to drive connection and intimacy with their customers through the package, but also through dynamic and curated touchpoints that are becoming consumer-specific through data personalization techniques.”
“180-day change cycles for packaging are too long. Three consumer trends could come and go in that timeframe. In the coming months, look for far shorter change cycles, coordinated cross-channel messaging, and brands will demand that their suppliers provide flexibility and agility in software tools, work process, and integration.”
“It’s increasingly important that companies have the flexibility and agility they need to respond to new consumer trends as the retail environment evolves. We’ll discuss the best way forward for brands at this important event,” said Kaufman.
The webinar will take place on 21st April 2021 at 16:00 GMT and interested parties can sign up to participate here.
