GMC Software, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announced today that it is co-sponsoring and presenting at the Xploration Tour event on February 9 at the DATAMATX facility in Atlanta. This one-day event features seven sessions, including an analyst industry overview, five educational sessions and a final speaker panel discussion addressing best practices and technologies that drive innovative customer communications.
GMC Software’s product marketing manager, Andrew Hellard, will present the session “Strengthening Your Customer Base with a Value-added Digital Service,” which will cover how service providers can gain a competitive advantage by giving control of content to business teams. Additionally, Michael Barron, senior product manager at NCP Solutions, a Harland Clarke company, and GMC Software customer, will present a case study on how its upgrade from legacy systems to the GMC Inspire CCM platform helped the organization realize sophisticated data handling and automation capabilities. Barron will also share how the company’s new systems and processes resulted in a 25 percent reduction in time to create omnichannel communications and an up to 25 percent increase in revenue.
At the end of the day, Hellard and Barron will join representatives from DATAMATX and Racami in an interactive panel discussion facilitated by Matt Swain, senior director for Keypoint Intelligence/ InfoTrends’ Customer Communications Advisory Services. The many topics and themes surrounding CCM strategy presented during the day’s sessions will be discussed by panelists and attendees.
