Kernow North America, leading manufacturer of OEM certified printable digital synthetic papers, has announced they have launched new antimicrobial product protection to their market leading synthetic line, KernowPrint PRO for Dry Toner.
Further to last year’s UK and rest of the world launch of the world’s first Antimicrobial Synthetic for Dry Toner, Kernow North America is pleased to offer the most trusted and tested synthetic in laser printing today, now with antimicrobial protection.
The Biomaster technology used within KernowPrint Antimicrobial protects product surfaces 24/7 and inhibits the growth of unwanted microbes on treated surfaces that may damage the product. KernowPrint Antimicrobial can be cleaned with soapy water, bleach or safely disinfected with a wide variety of alcohol and solvent based cleaning agents without removing or damaging the surface. The technology used is proven to inhibit the growth of microbes by up to 99.99%.
Bosy Colak, President, Kernow North America, commented – “We often overlook how many surfaces we come into contact with on a daily basis while carrying out normal tasks on autopilot – visiting grocery stores, gas stations, banks, restaurants and healthcare providers. KernowPrint Antimicrobial is a hygienic, durable solution over standard synthetic or laminated papers and provides built in antimicrobial protection, giving 24/7 surface protection for the lifetime of the product. It has a wealth of applications, from military to medical, hospitality to retail and of course within the education sector. Reducing the risk of contaminants is now a prerequisite for every industry and business”.
KernowPrint PRO (PET) Matte White Dry Toner: alcohol resistant, ultra durable, weatherproof, and now with enhanced antimicrobial protection is currently available in a variety of stocked and custom sizes and in thicknesses ranging from 4mil through 14 mil.
Please note: The antimicrobial technology does not protect the user or others against disease causing organisms. Biomaster is not a substitute for good hygiene and/or cleaning practices.
