Longwood Software, Inc., developers of the RevBase software-as-a-service (SaaS) marketing asset management system and the ForFile large file transfer service, announces the availability of a new White Paper entitled, “The Case for Automated Management of Compliance Documents in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Related Industries.”
The White Paper presents an overview of how a high-availability, high-volume software platform can be used to store, enable secure access, and automate the management of essential documents in industries that must comply with regulatory requirements.
Companies that are required to have compliance documents face multiple challenges: 1) There are often tens of thousands of these documents, and the number grows daily; 2) Staff is usually overwhelmed responding to the number of requests for specific documents; 3) There are time lags in getting documents to those requesting them, especially in the case of multiple global offices.
