Markzware, Inc., a leader in design workflow innovation, is preparing to launch DesignMarkz, a new Canva app that simplifies converting legacy files into editable Canva designs.
Currently in pre-release, DesignMarkz, is a powerful tool that supports DTP file formats such as Adobe InDesign (.indd) and Microsoft Publisher (.pub), enabling creative professionals to seamlessly bring professional layouts into Canva’s collaborative workspace while preserving design integrity.
“DesignMarkz was created to eliminate the traditional barriers between desktop publishing (DTP) software and modern web-based tools,” explains President and CEO, Patrick Marchese. “Creative teams will now be able to repurpose content that was once locked inside disparate file formats, making it easier than ever to re-imagine designing content in Canva,” he continued.
Markzware will debut this exciting development at Canva Create 2025 on Thursday, April 10, at Hollywood Park in Los Angeles. With DesignMarkz entering its final launch phase, attendees can look forward to an exclusive preview of how it bridges traditional design tools with Canva’s dynamic platform—empowering designers to repurpose, reimagine, and create like never before.
