Martin Yale, a leader in the design and manufacture of print finishing and paper handling equipment announced on Monday that they have entered into a master distributor agreement with Binatek Inc. The distributor agreement, effective July 1st, 2019, provides Binatek the ability to offer Martin Yale’s line of office products direct into Canada.
Founded in 1989, Binatek which is headquartered in Montreal Quebec provides software, hardware and document management solutions to their customers throughout Canada. Natale Sapone, President of Binatek, remarked, “This partnership will greatly benefit our Canadian customers by facilitating service and transit.’’
Over the past several years, Martin Yale has seen an increasing trend in cost and transit times on international shipping.
