The new Duopress 106FCSB offers six processes in one pass: foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, stripping, blank separation, and product collection. By combining all of these processes inline will dramatically improve a user’s productivity and increase efficiency. The Duopress 106FCSB features improved foil control systems that have been designed to ensure accurate foil feeding and create greater foil saving benefits. In addition, the new Duopress 106FCSB neatly and conveniently stacks the finished products in a pile, which prevents the products from being damaged, and saves employee time and effort.
The Diana Eye 55 fully-automatic sheet inspection system offers high efficiency, intelligence, and quality to its users. Its faster output leads to better productivity. The Diana Eye 55 boasts a maximum working speed of 200-300m/min with a maximum sheet size of 550mm x 500 mm and a stock range of 90-650g/m2 cardboard. The Diana Eye is unique in that it features an adjustable camera light source for multi-process inspection and complex processes such as holograms and foil stamping can be inspected.
The new modular Diana Smart 55/115 folding carton gluing machines are ideal for the medium performance segment of the market. These machines offer short set-up times, 100% inline inspection of the entire print image, excellent accessibility due to low side frames on operator and drive side, electronic speed control, and a touchscreen for machine operation. Its compact design sacrifices none of its high quality productivity providing a maximum speed of 450 m/min. It is perfectly suited for a great variety of production applications in the 55 and 80 format ranges up to a maximum carton length of 60 cm. including folding cartons, lock bottom cartons, double wall cartons, multi compartment cartons, miniature cartons, mailing envelopes, record sleeves made of folding boxboard from 200 to 600 gsm and e-flute corrugated board. For additional flexibility, it can be combined with the Diana Inspection Control, Diana Braille module, a stack turner, Diana Feeder, Diana Packer, or the FAS 480 semi-automatic packer.
Masterwork has also combined its R&D focus and its manufacturing capabilities with Heidelberg’s support network. At Drupa, both firms will be displaying these two products:
