Messagepoint announced today the availability of integrations with Twilio® MessagingX, Twilio SendGrid® and Doxee Pvideo® to provide customers with new options for sending notifications and personalized customer communications leveraging digital channels, including WhatsApp®, SMS, chat, email and personalized video. Messagepoint provides an intelligent SaaS-based, no-code content hub that enables non-technical users to create and manage highly personalized customer communications for print and digital channels.
Digital experiences now play a critical role in customer communications and customer preferences. Many organizations, particularly those in regulated industries, are struggling to support the growing number of engagement channels customers are now using. Messagepoint’s new integrations allow highly personalized, atomic content to be distributed across more digital endpoints while being federated within Messagepoint’s content hub. Content within Messagepoint is not tied to channel-specific templates, but is instead stored as content components that can easily be shared across channels and experiences. This composable content can efficiently be assembled into composed communications, such as printed letters, emails and SMS messages, or delivered via headless APIs at sub-second response times to support dynamic digital experiences, such as personalized videos, web pages or mobile apps.
Messagepoint’s integration with Twilio MessagingX, a next-generation messaging platform, will leverage messaging APIs to support content delivery to WhatsApp and SMS channels. The integration with Twilio SendGrid will enable emails created in Messagepoint to be sent to customers using SendGrid’s email API. The integration with Doxee Pvideo, a tool which allows users to create and distribute personalized and interactive videos, enables personalized atomic content from Messagepoint to be injected into personalized videos.
“Messagepoint customers want to deliver highly relevant, personalized experiences across all touchpoints and channels,” said Patrick Kehoe, EVP of product management at Messagepoint. “Only Messagepoint leverages a modular content management model for managing customer communications, which is essential for enabling atomic content components to be personalized and targeted to the right individual and easily re-used across channels. This is foundational for ensuring speed and efficiency in authoring and managing communications, and also in supporting deep personalization, sophisticated communication variations and dynamic digital experiences across new school channels.”
