Propago, a leading web-to-print software solution for the commercial print industry, is announcing several new integrations that reinforce its commitment to being an open platform. These integrations enable printers to seamlessly connect the systems they depend on, including industry-leading MIS, ERP, WMS, and tax automation systems, as well as e-commerce platforms, mailing list providers, workflow automation, and more. All integrations are pre-configured for easy setup and immediate deployment.
In addition to these pre-configured integrations, Propago offers RESTful APIs and web hook services, allowing printers to develop custom integrations that align with their specific tech stack and business requirements.
“Our goal is to simplify and transform print by supplying our customers with the best solution,” says Propago’s CEO Rick Aberle. “Our expert team of engineers and software technicians have integrated our system with leading software providers to empower printers to streamline operations and do more for their clients. Printers in the Propago platform are seeing higher efficiency and savings and these integrations allow them to acquire customers with more complex requirements.”
New systems have joined the list of Propago’s standard integrations in categories such as:
MIS/ERP: Propago now supports integration with EPMS (Enterprise Print Management Solutions). EPMS joins the extensive list of built-in integration Propago provides such as Avanti Slingshot, PressWise, Midnight, and Printer’s Plan. Users can connect their MIS/ERP system and automatically exchange order data from Propago portals to the proper production workflows. These system connections can sync inventory data, exchange order status updates, and send shipment info from Propago to MIS/ERP systems.
WMS: Propago has added PrintStream to its WMS integration offerings that already includes 3PL Central, VeraCore, Pace, and more. Printers can use these integrations to automatically send order data from client portals straight to their fulfillment system as soon as orders are received. In addition, the WMS can send order updates, shipment information, and inventory updates back to Propago.
Vendor Services: Propago has partnered with 4over, one of North America’s leading trade printers, and Cutter & Buck, leading producer of high-quality branded apparel. Integrations with production vendors allow Propago’s customers to easily outsource selected products for fast, easy, high-quality production to expand their offerings and leverage the networks of these providers.
E-Commerce: Propago customers can now integrate with Shopify and BigCommerce to pull orders from these platforms to their Propago site and other internal systems and update Shopify or BigCommerce orders with shipment information. This two-way flow of information allows printers to seamlessly use third-party e-commerce platforms as their customer-facing storefront while processing orders through Propago.
Tax Automation: Printers on the Propago platform can utilize tax compliance services from Avalara and Tax Jar to deliver real-time calculation of applicable taxes, fees and surcharges for every billing line item. This integration presents significant time-saving benefits for printing service providers, fulfillment providers, and producers on the Propago platform.
Workflow Automation: Propago has created integrations with Zapier and HP Site Flow. Rather than having a set list of possible functions, these integrations allow you to link multiple platforms and implement custom automations that fit your needs. Workflow automation platforms can provide printers with powerful tools to take their business automation to the next level.
